Computer Error Fix Scanner

my pc has a lot wrong with it. It is a windows vista. Does anyone know of a trusted reliable ,(free) download that can scan my pc & fix the problems i am having?there are several problems i am having.One is win32 & the others are too many to write. Thank you

i cant seem to find a free good one. when ever i find one that says free. i download it then it will say free trial, and ask for my credit card. i don’t want a trial i want a real free website. anyone know of one? that would e much of help

There are sites that does free scan but not free removal of “Spy Dawn”. So is there a site that does both for free?

I found a process in my task manager that i didnt recognize so i googled it! its called msmsgs.exe i found this site and it said msmsgs.exe was part of a virus called W32.alcarys.B@mms virus -so should i run the scan or what? thanks in advance to all you computer geniouses!

i just got infected with 2 trojans and my antivirus program cannot remove them is there any online site that i can get a free online scan where i dont have to download anything that can remove the virus?? Please help!!!! thanx!
